Structural Heart/Interventional Inpatient/Outpatient Advanced Practitioner opportunity in the Hartford region.
Trinity Health Of New England seeks a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Cardiovascular team.
Join an established and growing interdisciplinary Cardiovascular team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers with a specific focus on caring for patients pre- and post-structural heart and coronary interventional procedures.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Seeing outpatients in office-based settings throughout the Hartford area.
- Pre- and post-op evaluations for cardiovascular procedures.
- Providing same-day access to care.
- Inpatient cardiovascular procedural consultations.
The successful candidate:
- Is interested in cardiac care with a specific interest in cardiovascular procedures.
- Has cardiology experience (preferred but not required).
- Will have a Connecticut state advanced practice nurse or physician assistant license.
The area of Hartford, Connecticut:
- Live and play within welcoming neighborhoods with excellent schools, great restaurants, shopping, music, museums and historical areas.
- Commute easily to NYC, Boston and other destinations with dependable air and rail services nearby.
