Psychiatry Advanced Practice Nurse opportunity in Hartford, Connecticut.
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group seeks an experienced Psychiatry APRN to join our established outpatient psychiatric care teams at both Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut and our office-based practice in Simsbury, Connecticut.
This is an entirely outpatient-based role working two days at Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital and three days in an office setting. Here you will be part of a large team of ten physicians and four APRNs providing psychiatric care with a full support staff, including embedded social workers.
