Trinity Health Of New England- the region's largest employer- has an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Occupational Medicine physician to join our growing Regional Occupational Clinic Network serving Waterbury, CT.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice the full breadth of occupational health as a member of a team dedicated to patient-driven care and proactive injury prevention. The Occupational Clinic Network draws patients from more than 1000 regional employers throughout southern New England, offering worksite visits, pre-employment physicals and DOT exams.
The successful candidate should be Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, but physicians with backgrounds in emergency medicine, urgent care, general surgery or family/internal medicine are encouraged to apply. For this full time, Monday through Friday position, we are seeking a physician with experience providing acute injury care and who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with other physicians and the executive leadership team at the hospital. You will work with a full complement of provider services with a PA, a RN and several medical assistants to support your leadership. There are no nights or weekends required in this position and administrative time is offered. Medical Review Officer Certification, or willingness to obtain on hire is preferred.
