Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking BC/BE Nuclear Medicine Radiologists to support clinical services at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT and at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford Springs, CT.

Preferred Experience

  • Residency-trained in radiology and fellowship-trained in nuclear medicine.
  • Comprehensive proficiency in the full spectrum of nuclear medicine exams and modalities.
  • Expertise in nuclear medical imaging interpretation, therapeutic procedures and procedure supervision with strong commitment to quality, safety and patient-centered care.
  • Proficiency with sophisticated state-of-the-art imaging technology and PACS, PowerScribe and current radiology IT platforms.
  • Experience in high-volume clinical environments within an integrated health system.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with referring clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience participating in quality improvement initiatives or radiology practice development.
  • Teaching experience or interest in working with residents/medical students.

Certification and Licensure

  • Board-certified/eligible in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
  • American Board of Nuclear Medicine (ABNM)-certified/eligible.
  • Valid medical license (or eligibility) in Connecticut.
  • Will need authorized user certification upon hiring.
  • DEA registration and state-controlled substance certification, or eligibility to obtain both.
  • Maintained credentialing in accordance with medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements.
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS optional depending on subspecialty).
