Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group seeks an experienced, certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our inpatient Geriatric Care team at Saint Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut.
Due to unprecedented growth and an expanded scope of services, our Section of Geriatrics has an exciting full-time opportunity for a skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our dedicated geriatric care team. In this role, you will work closely with the inpatient care team of board-certified physicians and advanced practitioners to provide dementia care, pain and symptom management, and psychosocial support for admitted patients and their families. As an integrated hospital, you will be able to work with providers across the full spectrum of on-site specialists to coordinate the best possible care for patients. You will have ample opportunity to maximize your clinical skills within this department while pursuing additional training, educational opportunities and research. We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practitioner who are able to work a full-time shift that runs Sunday-Thursday.
