The Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for an advanced practitioner to join our Electrophysiology and Cardiology team at The Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute of Connecticut, part of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of Connecticut’s highest-volume electrophysiology practices while specializing in the outpatient management of atrial arrhythmias with an emphasis on atrial fibrillation. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to direct patient care, remote device interrogation, multispecialty care coordination, and program development.
The successful candidate should be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with cardiology experience preferred. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills to be able to work within a team setting and with a wide range of providers and patients.
